The online store is designed to provide pet owners with easy access to high-quality pet products, from food to accessories. The website is fully responsive, user-friendly, and integrates secure online payment solutions.

Objectives

The project involved building a scalable e-commerce website for pet products, providing a seamless checkout experience with multiple payment options, enabling easy product management for the client, and optimizing the website for mobile users.

Key Decisions

The website was built using WordPress and WooCommerce for rapid development, easy content and product management, and access to a robust plugin ecosystem. Elementor was selected for flexible and fast design customization, while secure, local-friendly payment integration was implemented to facilitate online transactions. The design is fully responsive, ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Delivery Approach

Delivered using phased implementation: initial setup of WordPress and WooCommerce, followed by design customization, payment integration, and product uploads. Testing and optimizations were completed before a soft launch, then officially rolled out nationally.

Business Impact

The platform lists over 500 products that are easily manageable by the client, processes more than 1,000 monthly orders with secure payments, expands customer reach nationwide, and reduces manual order management through automated workflows.
